Scottsdale
Serving Scottsdale, Phoenix Metro / Nevada & the Southwest
Arizona's resort, multifamily, and luxury hospitality markets are expanding rapidly. KOR's Scottsdale office serves the entire Southwest from here — covering the Phoenix metro, Nevada, New Mexico, and every desert market in between where high-end infrastructure demands a team that can actually deliver it.
The Southwest's Infrastructure Specialists
Arizona's resort corridor and multifamily market have been on a decade-long tear, and KOR is positioned to serve both at the highest level. Our Scottsdale office covers the Phoenix metro, Tucson, and the broader Southwest — including Nevada and neighboring desert markets where high-end hospitality and luxury residential development continue to accelerate.
Scottsdale itself is one of the premier resort destinations in North America, with a concentration of luxury hotels, golf resorts, and spa properties that demand infrastructure built to perform under high-occupancy, high-expectation conditions. KOR brings the expertise to match: our technicians handle structured cabling, managed Wi-Fi, access control, and CCTV for resort-scale properties where the infrastructure has to be invisible but absolutely reliable.
No subcontractors. No quality handoffs. One team from design to commissioning.

Where We Work in the Southwest
Once Called
“Orangedale”
Scottsdale was originally called “Orangedale” in the 1880s, when early settlers hoped to cultivate citrus in the Sonoran Desert. The name was later changed to honor Army chaplain Winfield Scott, who promoted the area's agricultural potential. The citrus never quite took off — but the vision of building something exceptional in the desert absolutely did. Today Scottsdale is home to some of the finest resort properties in North America, and KOR is here to make sure their infrastructure lives up to the reputation.
We tend to agree. That philosophy still applies to infrastructure in 2025.
Why Self-Performing Matters
Most telecom providers subcontract the work. That means quality handoffs, scheduling delays, and no accountability when something goes wrong. KOR does it differently.
- Subcontract installation to the lowest bidder — whoever's available
- Quality depends on whoever showed up that week, not a consistent team
- Delays when subs are juggling multiple jobs and your project isn't their priority
- Warranty disputes bounce between the ISP, the sub, and the equipment vendor
- Locked into their proprietary service contracts with no exit path
- Infrastructure decisions made for the provider's benefit, not yours
- 100% self-performed — KOR technicians handle every cable, every panel, every install
- Consistent quality across every phase because it's always the same team
- Faster activation: design and field are coordinated under one roof
- Single point of accountability — no finger-pointing, no runaround
- Owner retains control of their infrastructure — not locked into a service contract
- From design to commissioning: one team, one standard, no handoffs
